TLDR for project teams

  • Use specializations to invite specific talents to your project

  • When creating a task, use specializations as a filter to assign it to experts in the desired area

Specializations serve as a tool to categorize all talents on the platform into groups according to their competencies. Currently, there are the following groups:

  • Copywriting

  • Development

  • Design

  • Testing

  • Twitter KOL

  • YouTube KOL

  • Reddit KOL

  • TikTok KOL

  • Facebook KOL

  • Instagram KOL

  • Telegram KOL

  • more to come

Talents should showcase their expertise in specific specializations by submitting links to their social profiles or portfolios to the Talentum team for review.

To receive approval in the KOL specialization, the profile must have at least 2,000 genuine subscribers and a number of views and likes that corresponds to the size of the channel.

Use this article to find out how to specify your specializations and send them to review:

Specify your specializations

Each specialization has a list of skills. Talents can choose any number of skills, but the links they provide for the selected specialization should prove these skills. Project teams can utilize skills to find talents who have the precise skills needed for any particular task.

After proving their specializations, talents are able to take tasks specific to the proven specialization and earn Quality Points (QP) to increase their ranking in that particular specialization.
