TLDR for project teams

  1. Choose the right task type for your current needs

  2. Apply filters to determine the eligible participants or make the task available to everyone

  3. Set the reward for completing the task

  4. Don't forget to review the Content Creation tasks

Tasks are an essential part of Talentum. Project teams create tasks for talents, and talents perform these tasks to earn rewards.

Various task types can be created:

The platform automatically verifies On-chain and Auto Check tasks, while Content Creation tasks require project managers to review talents' submissions.

There are 3 types of reward distributions:

  • Regular (all participants who successfully complete the task will receive the reward)

  • FCFS (the reward is given to the specified number of participants who complete the task first, following the "first come, first served" principle)

  • Random (randomly selected participants who successfully complete the task will receive the reward)

Please note Once a task has been taken to work by at least one person, it cannot be edited or deleted, be cautious when creating

You can archive a task if you find any issues or typos, even after someone has started working on it. However, archived tasks will still be visible to everyone. This is done to ensure project teams' transparency to talents.
