• Please note that the project team can access your answers to the questions at any time, even after you have joined the project

• Utilize the Q&A gate as a filter for project entry, but refrain from asking excessive or overly complex questions

• Ensure timely handling of talents requests to minimize their waiting time

Q&A is a set of questions that project teams can specify for talents to answer before joining the project. If any questions are specified in the corresponding section at project profile, every talent who wants to join the project must answer all questions and get approval from project managers.

All requests to join the project with answers from talents can be found in the Q&A gate tab on the Requests page. Project teams can analyze talents' answers and other available information to accept or reject their submissions.
