TLDR for project teams

  • Discover talents to invite to your project by considering their specializations, levels, QP, or any other relevant criteria

  • Use filters to find suitable performers for highly specific and complex tasks

  • Utilize the project leaderboard and Credits as tools to identify highly engaged users (for example for airdrops, retrodrops or gifts)

The leaderboard is pretty similar for project teams and talents, with a few differences:

  • Project teams can filter talents based on any specialization, while talents can only view the main leaderboard and leaderboards associated with specializations in which they have confirmed expertise (if any)

  • Talents can view project-specific leaderboards for all projects they have joined while project teams can access the leaderboard specific to their own project

Leaderboard is created to motivate talents to enhance their expertise in a chosen or increase the value for a selected project. Project teams can use the leaderboard to identify top talents with proven expertise in a specific specialization and assign them complex .

The page features a main table showcasing talents and their achievements, including , , completed tasks, and . It also offers filters to select talents based on specific projects, specializations or levels.
