Leaderboard is created to motivate talents to enhance their expertise in a chosen specialization or increase the value for a selected project. Project teams can use the leaderboard to identify top talents with proven expertise in a specific specialization and assign them complex tasks.
The page features a main table showcasing talents and their achievements, including levels, QP, completed tasks, and Credits. It also offers filters to select talents based on specific projects, specializations or levels.
The leaderboard is pretty similar for project teams and talents, with a few differences:
Project teams can filter talents based on any specialization, while talents can only view the main leaderboard and leaderboards associated with specializations in which they have confirmed expertise (if any)
Talents can view project-specific leaderboards for all projects they have joined while project teams can access the leaderboard specific to their own project
