Reviewing tasks

After talent has finished their work on a non-automated task, they can submit it for a review to project managers.

  1. To see the tasks that are currently available for review, go to "Tasks" in main menu and switch to the "On Review" tab:

  1. From the list below, click on the task (and respective talent) that you want to review and press "Take on Revision"

  1. Alternatively, if you find that the submission needs some improvement , press the "For Rework" button. This will send the work back to the talent together with a notification. Make sure to use the attached form for describing what exactly needs to be changed in the next submission.

  1. Finally, the last option is to reject the submission without any explanation. Note that this will also prevent talent from any further attempts of completing this task! This alternative should be used as last resort only and is generally reserved for specific cases, for instance, when a user was found to abuse the assignment in some way. Rejecting user's submission, however, does not prevent them from doing remaining tasks in your project.

Approving talent submission is irreversible and makes them eligible for the reward that was promised in the task. Make sure to carefully evaluate the report and approve it only if you are fully content with the performed work.

From there, you have 3 options. First, you can approve the task and give the talent a 1-to-5 star rating on their job. The rating doesn't influence your reward but is used to calculate in the respective for this talent. The talent will receive a notification on the successful task completion, as well as the amount of rating stars that you have assigned to them.
